Celebrating the Life & Legacy…
Elder Tyries Rolfe Sr., (the father of Pastor Char), transitioned to be with Jesus on August 1st, 2024. As a part of the ministry team and as Overseer, Elder Rolfe played an intricate role to the leadership of IHG.
As a man of prayer, a dynamic teacher, a powerful preacher of the Gospel, a mentor/spiritual father to many, a recording artist, singer/songwriter, husband, father, grand-father and great-grandfather-, his impact will continue to be felt for years to come! We rejoice in that he finished the course; he kept the faith and now there is in store for him a crown of righteousness. While we will miss him, this isn’t viewed as a loss, it is only heaven’s gain. (2Tim 4:7-8, Phil 1:21)
